Heather Chamberlin - Director and Lead Teacher
Heather has 2 degrees from the University of Idaho; one in Elementary Education and one in Child Development/Family Relations. She started working at Troy Preschool in 2011. She lives just outside of Troy with her husband, & they have 4 kids, only 1 left in high school. They have 1 dog, 2 cats, 2 goats and in the spring/summer they have her daughter's market lamb that you can see at the Latah Co. Fair in September. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, checking out local events, eating ice cream, baking, crafting, gardening, sipping on coffee and supporting her kids in all their activities.
Her favorite children's book is: Harold and the Purple Crayon

Roberta Rhoades-Assistant Teacher
Roberta ran a daycare in Troy for 17 years. She is continuing to enjoy retirement but also has been enjoying her adventures at Troy Preschool since 2024.
She has 3 kids of her own and 8 grandkids. She also has a dog that she loves to hang out with.
Roberta enjoys fishing, gardening and cooking.
Her favorite children's book is: Aunt Matilda and the Lost Cheese
